Even with such a big load of cons, it'll still suffice at his job for beginners. Though the biggest reason it's so inferior to other attackers is that it's outclassed by nearly every attacker so much it's not even funny. However, that's unfortunately about everything good about him as his relic slots are generally less useful on an Attacker and his stats aren't impressive, being subpar compared to other Cosmics. His damage is able to be increased with solid self-buffs and Fire Weakness, which can go well with his fire-based tortures, Burn and Ignite. About the only things unique about him is being able to remove shields before damage, which is useful against shield-casting Tanks or Supports. He boasts a great trait in Control Immunity, protecting against nearly every form of denial. Heiss is a mediocre Fire attacker with decent damage but is overall bland.
